Rental Terms & Agreement
In this section you will read about the terms we agree to when you make payment for any of our products.
Legal Terms
Rental Duration The rental includes a total of 7 hours, consisting of 2 hours for setup, 4 hours of active event time, 1 hour for breakdown and cleanup
Overnight Fee Any request to keep the booth past 12:00 AM (midnight) will automatically incur an additional $250 overnight fee.
Responsibility for Damages The renter assumes full responsibility for the care and condition of the photo booth during the rental period. Any damage to the booth, structure, or glass will result in repair or replacement charges billed to the renter.
Power & Setup Requirements The renter is responsible for providing a safe and reliable power source within 25 feet of the setup location. Failure to provide adequate power may delay or limit service, without refund. Weather Protection (CRITICAL for outdoor events)
For outdoor events, the renter must provide adequate overhead coverage. The booth will not operate in rain, excessive wind, or unsafe weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related shutdowns.
Access & Setup Timing The renter must ensure timely access to the venue for setup and breakdown. Delays caused by restricted access may reduce operating time without refund.
Supervision / Misuse The renter is responsible for ensuring guests use the booth appropriately. The company reserves the right to shut down the booth if misuse, unsafe behavior, or risk of damage occurs.
Payment & Balance Full payment must be received prior to the event start time. Services will not begin until payment is completed. Cancellation Policy the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 21 days = no refund.
Liability Limitation The Allure Box ATL is not liable for any indirect damages, including missed moments, technical interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control. The Allure Box ATL is not responsible for any person who hurts themselves or others as a result of misuse and not following the rule of the booth which is "DO NOT LEAN ON THE GLASS" and "DO NOT LEAN ON THE WALL". S
Space Requirements The renter must provide a minimum setup space of 12ft x 14ft with safe, level ground.
